A. Returns

Business Users

We want all our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our goods and service. If you are dissatisfied with our service or goods for any reason, please contact customer services on +27 78 833 6048.

1. Any claim by you which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with the specification shall be notified to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
2. Office Core Systems shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the goods).
3. You have 5 days to request goods to be returned (from date of receipt).
4.  Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
5. Office Core Systems reserves the right to charge a handling fee for items returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given.
6. Goods to be returned will be kept safe and secure until such time as they are collected by us.
7. Any damage to the Goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the handling fee (if applicable) referred to above.
8.  We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions within 10 days after the Goods have been collected and examined.

Consumers

1. In line with the law, a consumer is defined as ‘an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside the individual’s trade, business, craft or profession’.
2. As a consumer, in addition to the above terms you have 30 days after receiving your order in full to notify us in writing that you wish to return the goods for a refund, exchange or credit note. Goods returned must be unused, unassembled and in a resalable condition. Office Core Systems reserves the right to make a deduction for any missing parts, signs of assembly or damage to the product. 

Made To Order Products

A small selection of products are Made To Order and are not stocked items. This is clearly stated at point of order.

1. Made To Order products are not returnable or refundable.
2. Refused deliveries of Made To Order products are not eligible for credit.
3. Made To Order products cannot be accepted back into stock.

B. Cancellations

1.  Please contact us by telephone ugently on +27 78 833 6048 should you wish to cancel or make amendments to an order prior to delivery
2.  Our team will work with you to advise what can be done depending on type of product and the stage it is currently in production. If the product is not bespoke or made to order, we can usually cancel it free of charge.
3.  Office Core Systems reserves the right to charge a handling fee for cancelled orders placed in error, not wanted or in transit.
